Admission :
Admission of the Student is on the basis of Marks obtained in the Qualifying examination
Following the Guidelines and reservation as per the Govt. Rules, A student admitted in to a particular group is not allowed to change group afterwards.
Attendance :
i) Theory
- 75% attendance is necessary for being admitted in to the University Examinations. However the College insists on regular attendance to all Classes. No student should be allowed to absent with out valid reasons.
- A Student should apply for leave only in the prescribed form. Leave may be granted by principal.
- If leave required on medical grounds a medical Certificate should be attached to the leave application.
- If a student is absent continuously for more than 12 working days with out leave His / Her name will be removed from the rolls.
ii) Practical
- Students must attend all practical Classes Strictly. If they are absent for any practical class, they must get it done in the same week with the permission of lecturer -in -charge.
- The Record must be submitted to the department a day before the next practical class.
- If student is irregular to the classes He/she should bring his/ her parent to see the principal.
Examination :
- Students should take weekly tests, Quarterly Half yearly, and Pre-Final Examinations seriously.
- Penalties like imposition and /or fine may be imposed for those who are absent from these Examinations.
- Mal practices in the examinations will be viewed very seriously. Students should never attempt it.
Discipline :
- Strict Discipline among the students is maintained by the college. BY the time class bell rings all the students should be in their class rooms. The Students should greet the teacher when he enters in to the class. Room.
- No student is allowed to the class after staff members enters in to the class.
- Students should buy literary card for barrowing books from library.
- There should be no place in this college for ragging or Eve teasing, boycotting and the like, etc.
Fees :
- College fees to be paid in two installments in July and again in November, Those who do not pay on time will bare the fine.
- The University Examination fees has to be paid with in the prescribed time.
- If the condonation fee is not paid on time then the attendance particulars of the students will not be forwarded to the university.
